As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely technical assistance to clients via phone email or chat troubleshooting software applications hardware devices and network connectivity issues.

  • Provide effective technical support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first-call resolution rate average handling time and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in BPO call centre environments a Bachelor's degree in a technical specialization strong communication skills and ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts.
