Senior Technical Architect Job
Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect with expertise in Medicaid Healthcare systems to support our team on a part-time basis. The architect will be responsible for designing and documenting the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs, and delivering high-quality technical documentation and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and deliver the system architecture, including design specifications, integration details, and implementation guidelines.
  2. Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
  3. Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to align architecture with requirements.
  4. Provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid.
  2. Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  3. Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.).
  4. Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance).
  5. Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  7. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience in Medicaid systems / government healthcare programs.
  2. Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
