About Us

Candidates should have an understanding of RF hardware and system design. This includes knowledge of RF component characteristics and validation, power management components, and schematic creation in OrCAD Capture.

A successful candidate will also be able to guide the PCB team for RF PCB layout and routing, have hands-on experience with lab equipment, and experience with RF tools such as ADS, AWR, and HFSS.

Responsibilities include frequency planning, power budget analysis, creating module level architectures for RF sub-systems, and project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in TR module design, CW/Pulsed Power Amplifier design, synthesizer design, up/down convertor design, lumped and distributed element filter design, and handling a team of engineers.

This is a leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and time management abilities.
