Job Opportunity: Operations Lead

Job Summary:

As an Operations Lead, you will oversee the project lifecycle from inception to completion, taking ownership and responsibility for its timely execution. You will engage with clients, providing them with regular updates on project progress and ensuring they are informed of all activities.

  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure that the right resources are assigned to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication and foster teamwork between project stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain formal reporting arrangements on project progress, including weekly reports.
  • Develop professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing the installation team to execute work safely in accordance with the design plan.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure high standards of execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable institution.

Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture plus an MBA from RICS or NICMAR can be considered.

Minimum 2 years of experience in executing interior fit-out projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to break down complex ideas effectively.

Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for basic project management principles.

Attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel/GSheets.

Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills for effective engagement with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership.
