Job Title:

Director of Architecture and Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Architecture and Operations to lead our team in providing technical expertise in architecture planning and design. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day operations, leading structural/ architectural design, and conducting technology capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects
  • Lead the structural/ architectural design of platforms, middleware, databases, and backups
  • Conduct technology capacity planning by reviewing current and future requirements
  • Strategize and implement disaster recovery plans
  • Manage day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues and developing fixes
  • Plan for and manage upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation and configuration functions
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in architecture planning, migration & installation
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to strategize and implement disaster recovery plans
  • Experience in managing day-to-day operations and troubleshooting issues
