Project Implementation Specialist

The objective of this role is to establish a Project Implementation Unit for five years to enhance access to businesses and beneficiaries of e-government services.

As a Project Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing training programs for officials, service centre operators, and other stakeholders through collaborative efforts with master trainers and training agencies.
  • Establishing partnerships with government departments, training agencies, and master trainers to deliver high-quality training initiatives.
  • Designing and updating e-training modules to cater to diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Overseeing the coordination of training activities for the Upgraded RTS portal and ensuring regular updates with the e-training system integrator.
  • Designing and delivering training workshops for government officials and staff across divisions and districts in accordance with operational requirements under the MahaSTRIDE Operation and directions from the Maharashtra State Commission for Right To Service.
  • Creating, updating, and monitoring e-training modules to meet the evolving needs of various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for officials, service centre operators, and other stakeholders.

2. Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with government departments, training agencies, and master trainers to ensure successful training initiatives.

3. E-Training Module Design: Create and update engaging e-training modules that cater to diverse stakeholder needs.

4. Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of training activities for the Upgraded RTS portal and ensure seamless integration with the e-training system.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with government officials, service centre operators, and other stakeholders to understand their training needs and preferences.
