IT Project Manager - Governance and Compliance

This is a unique opportunity to work on various IT PMO Governance initiatives, driving process improvements and ensuring quality reviews are conducted effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT Change Management processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Oversee IT Incident Management, resolving incidents within target Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR).
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement effective IT Governance, including quality reviews and emergency access reviews.
  • Support various IT Functions in the area of IT PMO Governance, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to conduct IT Audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze data to inform IT Dashboards, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to IT Project Management, supporting policy and procedure documentation, SAP Change Management Process, project reviews, and resource management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT PMO Governance, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Familiarity with IT Change Management, IT Incident Management, and IT Governance principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
