Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our consulting team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing teams of at least 10-15 people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring facilities required by the team to conduct day-to-day operations and enhance efficiencies. This includes assigning requirements to team members, overseeing timely completion of assigned positions, creating SLAs, and providing reports for consulting operations.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the proposal team, creating operating procedures, conducting training sessions for staff, implementing and enhancing staff management applications, and evaluating staff performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to drive the team to achieve their daily work targets.
  • Experience in preparing reports and data using ATS/Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, a basic understanding of Agile methodology, and a drive to succeed.
  • Strong Business Acumen, Project Management, and Change Management Skills.
  • Strong Time Management, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
