Job Title: Master Data Management Executive

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring accurate and timely management of master data related to products, pricing, recipes, and store details.

The successful candidate will require a high degree of data integrity across systems and support scalable finance operations aligned with business growth.

  • Manage and maintain master data across products, prices, recipes, and store profiles.
  • Support new product development by ensuring accurate product and recipe setup in the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like procurement, sales, and marketing to align and validate data.
  • Act as the primary contact for data corrections, reporting, and system mappings.
  • Work closely with the technical team for system implementations and deployments.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy for internal and external reporting.
  • Regularly monitor, validate, and update master data to ensure consistency and correctness.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar MDM or finance support role.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes and approval workflows.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data management tools.
  • Able to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
