  • Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication and ensure seamless experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights for service improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
