Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with experience in both agile and software development methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  2. Create and maintain functional test cases, system & integration test cases, and automated scripts used in the software development life cycle.
  3. Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities, code quality, and report test results.
  4. Track key performance metrics for each sprint, including velocity, code quality, and defect density.
  5. Document testing results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and detailed steps to reproduce any defects.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to provide quality sign-off and execute testing duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of application testing experience.
  • Experience with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of relational database models and experience with GUI tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Exposure to using bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • Experience testing with multi-browser and mobile device systems.
