Cloud Support Lead Role

The Cloud Support Manager will report to the Director, Cloud Support, and play a key role in ensuring seamless support to client needs. This involves overseeing daily operations, providing technical guidance, and maintaining relationships with clients.

This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate team members, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Collaborate with senior team members to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute projects and initiatives.
  2. Communication: Manage meetings, document interactions, and ensure follow-up on actions and next steps.
  3. Accountability: Maintain diligence in follow-up and follow-through.
  4. Project Planning: Create, update, and present project plans.
  5. Process Improvement: Organize work to achieve positive outcomes and encourage the use of agile work management processes.
  6. Sprint Management: Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly sprints for assigned teams.
  7. Talent Development: Help team members prioritize their workload and maintain a healthy team by empowering, motivating, and building trust.
  8. Performance Management: Set goals for team members, present weekly progress reports, and have good control over the work management process.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas, plan, and execute improvement items, summarize problems for senior stakeholders, and prepare for status meetings.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work in a remote or office setting.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Support for offshore hours/multiple time zones.
  • Flexibility with working hours based on team and client needs.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  2. Industry-accepted certifications in management space.
  3. Familiarity with our product or a product used by financial institutions in a similar space.
  4. Multiple years of experience working with customers and partners.
  5. Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions, and/or large enterprise IT environment is desirable.
