Job Overview

\

We are seeking an experienced system engineer to manage and maintain endpoint security posture of clients.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Engage with clients to understand their device management challenges and provide recommendations for MDM solutions.\
  • Handle technical queries from customers, providing step-by-step guidance and solutions.\
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to product, escalating complex issues to internal teams.\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of unified endpoint management product and communicate effectively with customers.\
  • Provide product training to clients and internal teams as needed.\
  • Collect feedback from customers and share it with product development team to improve services.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.\
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching.\
  • Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.\
  • Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.\
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).\
  • Experience in network security and endpoint management.\
  • Knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies.\
