- Independently execute internal audit assignments. Typical assignments include conducting reviews of systems, internal controls, re-engineering processes, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures.

- Effectively deliver tasks on internal audit projects as guided by the management team.

- Manage multiple internal audit assignments and related project teams. Meet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time for assigned requests.

- Establish relationships with client personnel by understanding their perspective and needs. Assist clients with testing internal process controls and developing internal audit plans.

- Assess the current state of an organization's internal control and Sarbanes-Oxley Act framework. Help clients drive value and efficiency in their internal controls by implementing leading practices.

- Monitor project progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes. Participate in business development initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- CA or CMA qualified

- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a related field, preferably in internal audit, consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or industry.

- Understand current accounting principles and internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT).

- Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting. Knowledge of Companies Act 2013 and Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications. Prior project management and supervisory skills required.

- Strong internal personnel, analytical, and management skills. Good oral and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.

- Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner. Maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress. Open to travel as per client requirements.
