About this role

Endowus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior software development lead to join our Onboard team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering multiple high-impact initiatives, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for clients across various regions.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in consumer-facing product development, with a strong background in modern front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React.js. They will also possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, marketing, and engineering stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong product sense, empathizing with clients' experiences of using our products. The successful candidate will work closely with the product team to ensure iterative delivery of customer value, while continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior developer to take on a leadership role, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the growth of Endowus as a leading digital advisor in Asia.

Key responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in building web applications with modern front-end technologies
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
