About this Technical Leadership Role:

As a seasoned Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of sophisticated software solutions. Your mastery of Java will serve as a guiding force for our development team, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and code excellence.

Within this role, your technical expertise will be instrumental in driving agile product feature evolution through iterative development cycles while upholding design principles, patterns, and efficient algorithms. Furthermore, your ability to conduct comprehensive code reviews and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines will facilitate swift and reliable dissemination of high-quality software.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring adoption of best practices and sound architectural choices.
- Craft clean, effective, and sustainable code aligned with industry-standard coding practices.
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams to comprehend system elements, interdependencies, and implementation requirements.
- Conduct code reviews to guarantee adherence to coding standards, unearth enhancement opportunities, and provide mentorship to team members.
- Tackle intricate technical hurdles and performance concerns, presenting inventive remedies. Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve production issues to prevent service disruptions.
- Ensure timely delivery of top-notch software.
- Guide and mentor fellow developers, nurturing their growth and offering technical insights.
- Engage with product managers and Product Owners to grasp customer needs, translate requirements into technical specifics, and contribute to product evolution.
- Direct initiatives for continuous improvement, optimizing development procedures, elevating software quality, and boosting team efficiency.
Experiences and Skills:

- A minimum of 12 years of experience demonstrating strong Java development proficiency and robust logical and analytical capabilities.

- Comprehensive mastery in Full Stack Development, with sustained hands-on involvement throughout the professional journey.

- Proven adeptness in team leadership, exemplifying effective guidance and coordination.

- In-depth comprehension of application design, architectural best practices, and design patterns.

- Proficiency in Spring and Spring Boot framework deployment, coupled with prowess in ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or equivalent.

- Familiarity or foundational grasp of the Angular framework.

- Excellent SQL skills, ideally inclusive of fundamental query performance tuning knowledge.

- History of crafting JUnit test cases with dexterity.

- Tangible instances of technical leadership, steering development teams, and propelling pivotal technical resolutions.

- Sound understanding of agile software development methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Restful APIs and excellent grasp of development standards.
