Job Title: Sales Executive/Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive/Manager to join our team at Admin Looks.

About the Role: As a Sales Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for selling products to HORECA and specialty stores within a specific area or major geographical region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Plans: Develop and submit written plans for execution and provide prompt and accurate reports.
  • Establishing Efficient Routing Patterns: Establish and follow an efficient and economical routing pattern that ensures assigned accounts are serviced and merchandised as needed.
  • Complete Sales Calls and Preparing Quotes: Prepare accurate quotes for customers and submit timely orders for customers.
  • Servicing and Merchandising Accounts: Be responsible for all aspects of servicing and merchandising within assigned accounts.
  • Building Positive Relationships: Build positive relationships and an effective partnership with the ultimate decision-maker in all assigned accounts.
  • Gaining Knowledge of Customer Business Operations: Gain knowledge of the specific customers business operations and coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling the companys products to each.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Brands: Have extensive knowledge of the brands and in-depth features and benefits of each compared to the competition.
  • Ensuring Distribution: Ensure 100% distribution of all authorized SKUs in cold boxes and on shelf in all assigned accounts.
  • Communicating Issues and Opportunities: Communicate issues, opportunities, and market intelligence with appropriate management through written, electronic, and verbal means.
  • Maintaining and Developing New Distribution: Maintain and develop new distribution in off-premise accounts.
  • Achieving Program Incentives and Sales Volume: Achieve monthly program incentives, sales volume, and distribution goals.
  • Growing Business in Multi-Level Accounts: Grow business in multi-level accounts selling diverse product portfolio.
  • Effectively Managing Customer Potential: Effectively manage and maximize customer potential in assigned territory.
  • Providing Value-Added Services: Provide value-added services to maximize sales.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the beverage and liquor industry.
  • Bachelors Degree: Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Certifications: Industry certifications to include: CSW, CSS, WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, Sake Specialist.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office environment.
  • Proven Selling Strategies: Proven abilities to develop selling strategies targeted to enhance wine and spirit sales within an account.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successful selling.
  • Availability for Evening Sales Calls: Availability for occasional evening sales calls and events.
  • Ability to Work with Management and Customers: Ability to work with management, colleagues, and customers throughout the business and industry at every level.
