Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Motivate and guide project team members to achieve project goals, providing coaching and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field;
  • At least 8 years of experience in MEP project management;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus.
