MEP Manager – Semiconductor Project

We are seeking an experienced MEP manager to lead and manage all MEP activities for the semiconductor project.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale industrial and high-tech projects, with expertise in cleanroom environments, critical utilities, and complex infrastructure.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • The MEP manager will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will monitor project progress, manage schedules, control budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implementing and enforcing quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities is crucial for success in this position.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
