Infrastructure Project Manager (BMS)

The role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution and management of large-scale infrastructure projects related to Building Management Systems (BMS), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, and central chiller plants.

  • Project Coordination: Manage the MEP works associated with HVAC, chilled water plants, utility systems, and BMS integration across multiple project sites.

Key performance indicators include ensuring timely completion, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols throughout project execution.

Strong project management skills are essential for this role, along with technical knowledge of MEP services, HVAC systems, and building management systems.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating site inspections, reviewing designs, and conducting performance testing to ensure optimal system operation.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies
  • Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects, including experience with BMS integration using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical panels, PLC/DCS, VFDs, UPS, DG, and power monitoring systems.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Operations & Handover

The Operations and Handover phase is crucial in ensuring a seamless transition from construction to facilities management. This involves preparing comprehensive documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing support during the handover process.

Key deliverables include O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and detailed operating procedures to facilitate smooth facility operations.
