Infrastructure Project Tenderer

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders for infrastructure projects. The role requires a strong understanding of contract conditions, pricing strategies, government portals, and compliance with tender requirements.


Tender Identification & Evaluation Responsibilities:

  • Track government and private e-procurement portals daily for relevant tenders.
  • Evaluate eligibility criteria, scope of work, and risks before participating.
  • Prepare tender synopsis and present feasibility reports to stakeholders.


Key Requirements:

1. Business Development Skills:

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Project Management Expertise:

  • Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Networking with government officials and industry stakeholders.

3. Commercial Acumen:

  • Detail-oriented with strong compliance mindset.
  • Accuracy of cost estimates and profitability of secured projects.

4. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
  • 5-8 years' experience in tendering/contracts in infrastructure/construction sector.
