We seek a visionary AI leader to spearhead operational excellence through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic & Operational AI Leadership:
    • Collaborate with existing teams to identify high-impact AI use cases.
    • Lead internal AI pilot projects.
    • Establish data governance practices.
  • Ai Product Contribution & Market Engagement:
    • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings.
    • Conduct lean market research and customer analysis.
    • Develop AI-oriented products.
  • Internal Capability Building & Advocacy:
    • Foster a data-driven culture.
    • Champion internal AI literacy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains with at least 1 year of experience implementing Data and AI technologies.
  • Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts.
  • Practical familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab.
  • Understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product management principles and experience with agile/lean methodologies.
