About the Job:
  • We require an Employee Relations Associate to investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner, minimizing disputes and conflicts.
  • You will monitor and support the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring a positive work environment and employee assimilation.
  • This role involves leading the implementation of personnel policies and procedures, establishing lines of control and delegating responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively.
  2. Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with business units and external bodies.
  4. Liaise with employees at all levels to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A full-time MBA from a reputable institution (preferably a tiered B-school).
  • Proven track record of handling complex issues and developing strong working relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathetic, and negotiation/diplomacy skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
