We are seeking a seasoned employment law professional to join our high-profile advisory team.

This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment and labour law issues including contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination procedures.
  • Represent clients before various forums as necessary.
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements.
  • Stay abreast of developments in Indian employment law and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including litigation, corporate, and compliance units.
  • Lead and mentor junior associates in the practice.

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. from a reputable Indian law school.
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a leading law firm or top-tier in-house legal department.
  • Strong command of Indian labour laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments.
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with exceptional client-handling abilities.
