Project Leadership Position

  • Hold overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
  • Lead, plan, and manage personnel assignments within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate project communications with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and support field assessment teams.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and ensure compliance with project guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in English and Hindi, and at least 12 years of experience in sustainability and natural resources management.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Master's degree in Environmental Policy, Economics, Forestry, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (B2 level).
  • 12 years of professional experience in sustainability and natural resources management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic planning and results-oriented approach.
