We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our ERP projects from afar. The ideal candidate boasts an impressive track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on expertise in at least one ERP tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP and related integration projects as Scrum Master/TPM.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices.
  • Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM/HCM solutions is beneficial.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.
