Job Title: Senior Treasury Manager Position

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize cash flow across multiple projects to maximize fund utilization.
  • Facilitate Capex LCs and manage Buyers Credit / Suppliers Credit arrangements for optimal results.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to generate returns.
  • Ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans to maintain financial stability.
  • Manage advance records and Performance BG received from Vendors/ BG issued to third parties efficiently.
  • Monitor Inter Corporate Deposit issuance, limit monitoring and documentation for accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain treasury accounting entries on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage forex hedging activities and related bank documentation to minimize risks.
  • Liaise with banks on operational matters and build strong working relationships for effective communication.
  • Submit Treasury related details, coordinate audits and respond to audit queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly Treasury MIS reports, including loan, interest payments, short-term investments and hedging exposures data.
  • Support new project financing activities and Loan documentation for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounts, Projects, Procurement) for seamless treasury operations.

  • Requirements:
  • MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) degree with excellent academic credentials.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury in mid to large organizations.
  • Prior experience in Infrastructure / Renewable Energy sector is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury products and financial instruments is essential.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and banks with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience in treasury software and SAP systems is an advantage.
