We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to employees across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Assistance

  • Provide immediate resolution for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Infrastructure Administration

  • Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment

  • Security Management

  • Manage internal networking components including switches, routers, and access points

  • Microsoft Environment Administration

  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user accounts, groups, and permissions

  • SharePoint and OneDrive Management

  • Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, and collaboration spaces

  • Email Management

  • Handle Exchange Online mailbox management, distribution lists, and email security

    Required Qualifications:

    ">
    • Technical Skills

    • Experience: 3+ years in IT support and security administration

    • Microsoft Ecosystem

    • Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online

    • Network Security

    • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures

    • Operating Systems

    • Proficiency in Windows (Server and Desktop), with Mac and Linux knowledge preferred

    • Security Tools

    • Experience with endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and security monitoring tools

      • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
