Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing network environments for our clients.

You will leverage your extensive technical knowledge and experience to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our clients' network operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical support for clients, addressing complex network issues, including network configurations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
  • Take ownership of escalated network issues from lower-level analysts and provide in-depth analysis and resolution, applying your advanced technical expertise to efficiently resolve complex network problems.
  • Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions, network issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Identify and create detailed knowledge base articles and run books to provide guidance to lower-level analysts.
  • Lead and participate in network projects, including network upgrades, configurations, and performance enhancements.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to complex technical network challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing end user and infrastructure technical support.
  • A degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network systems with experience in Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, and SonicWall technologies.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
