
Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization's learning and development initiatives, you will be responsible for identifying knowledge gaps and implementing strategies to meet business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on tracking performance metrics, supervising structured learning, and conducting training sessions. You will also play a crucial role in recommending ways to support business goals and ensure that all sites are meeting their targets.
About the Role- You will own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.
- Proactively recommend ways and support mapped sites towards meeting business goals.
- Track performance metrics and pre-announce training interventions.
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for assigned sites.
- Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for assigned sites.
- Conduct training sessions on new processes and best practices through ITL or digital learning.
- Maintain data and analysis through reports on excel.
- Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time.
- Partner with operations leaders to check process compliance and fix gaps.
- Identify learning coaches and certify them.
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
- Drive Quality & Learning metrics.
- Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions to stakeholders.
