About the job As an E-Learning Specialist , you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful digital learning experiences within Veri Park Academy. You will be responsible for developing engaging e-learning content, transforming complex product knowledge into effective training materials, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating closely with SMEs, P&C, and business leaders, you will contribute to building scalable, high-quality learning programs that support employee and partner growth across regions. What you will be doing: Partner with L&D Manager, SMEs, and business leaders to clarify learning objectives, target audiences, and performance gaps. Translate business/skill needs into measurable digital learning outcomes. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and validate course accuracy. Collaborate with L&D managers, HR, and other teams to align e-learning initiatives with organizational needs. Create Veri Park product & company training material (CBT and ILT). Transform (software) product knowledge and user manual documentation into training storyboards. Adapt content for various audiences, languages, or regional requirements. Design, develop, and deliver engaging online training content (e.g., videos, interactive modules, quizzes). Create e-learning courses using tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Natural reader or similar authoring software. Test and review e-learning modules to ensure functionality, usability, and accuracy. Regularly update and maintain e-learning content to keep it relevant and accurate. Coordinate rollout schedules, communications, and learner guides. Develop e-learning content for mandatory compliance and certification programs. What we are looking for: 5+ years of proven experience in building training and e Learning material Strong knowledge of MS Office tools like, Power Point and Articulate Storyline. Excellent English is required, both spoken and written. Managing LMS (Adobe Learning Manager). Experience in Banking and/or Insurance industry is a plus. Dynamics D365 CRM knowledge is a plus. Experience in software product demo recording & editing. Video editing using tools like Camtasia.
