We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement training programs that upskill our teams and clients on AI-powered products, solutions, and industry workflows. You will play a key role in shaping learning content, certification modules, and continuous education programs that ensure adoption and success.
Role Overview
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives across technical, product, and soft-skill areas. You will collaborate closely with product managers, subject matter experts, and client success teams to build engaging training content, structured courses, and certification pathways. Your work will directly contribute to the readiness of employees, partners, and clients in adopting our enterprise AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy and Design
- Translate organizational needs into clear training roadmaps and learning outcomes.
- Develop structured training modules (video, slide-based, interactive, or blended formats).
- Design certification programs for employees, partners, and clients on enterprise AI use cases.
Content Development and Delivery
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments.
- Leverage modern instructional design methods (microlearning, gamification, scenario-based learning).
- Deliver live workshops, virtual training sessions, and webinars.
Evaluation and Analytics
- Establish feedback loops and KPIs to measure learning effectiveness.
- Run post-training assessments and performance tracking to identify knowledge gaps.
- Use learning analytics to continuously improve course design and learner engagement.
Knowledge Management and Tools
- Maintain an internal knowledge base of training resources, FAQs, and product guides.
- Manage LMS platforms or course delivery tools for scalability.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, data privacy, and certification processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product teams to translate technical features into learner-friendly content.
- Support sales and client success with onboarding and enablement training.
- Contribute to thought leadership and marketing by building externally-facing training assets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in L&D, training design, or corporate training roles.
- Strong instructional design skills with experience in creating digital and instructor-led content.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).
- Comfort with LMS platforms, webinars, and digital course delivery methods.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical/AI concepts into accessible learning material.
Tools Familiarity
- Google Suite, Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, LearnDash), Articulate 360 or Captivate, Canva or similar design tools, and webinar platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
Preferred
- Experience in BFSI, enterprise AI, or SaaS environments.
- Exposure to certification program design and global learner enablement.
- Familiarity with ROI/TCO modeling, compliance training, or regulated industry upskilling.
- Basic knowledge of data workflows, AI concepts, or product enablement.
