We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead cross-functional teams and ensure project success within scope, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

  • Define project objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for seamless execution
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 10.5 – 13 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
