Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process.
    • Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientations, and facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employee Records and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave requests.
    • Ensure that employee files and HR documentation are up-to-date and organized for easy access.
  • Employee Engagement and Support:
    • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
    • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Payroll and Attendance Support:
    • Assist with monthly payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
    • Track employee attendance and assist in maintaining a reliable attendance management system.
  • Administrative and Compliance Tasks:
    • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including preparing HR reports, updating HR systems, and managing office communication.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 02 years of experience in HR or a related role (internship experience is also acceptable).
