Job Title: Higher Education Consultant
We are seeking ambitious graduates or postgraduates to join our team as Higher Education Consultants. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students about various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about UG & PG courses.
- Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
- Maintain records of daily interactions with students.
- Follow up with students through regular calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
- Collect and consolidate student feedback regularly.
- Manage and act on assigned leads from various sources.
- Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer orientation with excellent service delivery.
- Effective communication skills with strong verbal and written presentation.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
- Target-driven mindset with proven goal achievement.
