Job Description

As a Telehealth Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized homeopathic consultations to patients via video, audio, or chat. Your expertise will help individuals manage acute and chronic illnesses, promote holistic well-being, and improve their overall quality of life.

  • Conduct per-minute online consultations using our user-friendly platform.
  • Diagnose and recommend evidence-based homeopathic treatments based on patient symptoms and medical history.
  • Develop customized care plans to address various health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate digital consultation records and issue electronic prescriptions as needed.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery) or higher degree.
  • Valid registration/license with a recognized medical council.
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English; regional languages preferred).
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in using digital health platforms.
