Seeking a skilled insurance professional to oversee underwriting and placements for assigned corporates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with the ability to prepare RFQs and arrange quotations from various insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare RFQs and negotiate quotations from top-tier insurance providers
  • Place policies and provide post-placement servicing, including claims handling and employee additions/deletions in non-Employee Benefit Policies
  • Develop reports required by regulatory bodies and scrutinize claims
  • Service corporates for claims and enrollment, coordinating agendas and preparing high-level notes and actions for team members
  • Manage customer interactions, handling clients with courtesy to enhance satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post-graduate degree in a relevant field such as Risk Management or Insurance
  • Additional qualifications in Insurance would be beneficial
  • Sound product knowledge across all products, including Property, Fire, and Engineering
  • Ability to work independently and engage with Corporate CXOs
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic individual with a hunger to succeed and grow within the organization
