Job Title: Logistics Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for leading a team that supports and implements Manhattan Active solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Manhattan Active, demonstrating a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

You will also develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture processes and configurations, analyze system performance, and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and reliability.

In addition, you will engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Furthermore, you will facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills in Manhattan Active.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess extensive experience in Manhattan Active (minimum 3-4 years) with a strong background in technology architecture and project delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Show familiarity with ecom domain concepts enhancing the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

This role requires minimum 3-4 years of MA WM active hands-on experience, overall 8-10 years of support experience in Manhattan 2014/2018/2020 versions.

Inbound: pre receiving, receiving and putaway. Outbound: Order fulfilment, allocation, Replenishment, Cubing, Tasking, Picking, packing and shipping.

We need basic SQL understanding to write down queries to filter data provided.
