Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee the development of our logistics operations.

  • This role involves managing teams, developing project plans, and implementing efficient logistics solutions.
About the Role

The Project Lead will be responsible for identifying competitive logistic partners, building cost-optimal logistic solutions, and planning project phases and milestones.

  • This includes capacity planning for inventory and operations, defining layout and material handling equipment requirements, and ensuring legal compliance.

The successful candidate will have 12-14 years of experience in implementing greenfield aftersales warehouse/logistics end-to-end projects, with expertise in OEM automotive verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Competitive Logistic Partners: Liaise with purchase, finance, legal, taxation, IS/IT, HR, real estate, safety/security, and business departments to establish partnerships.

  • Detailed Project Management Schedule: Develop a comprehensive schedule for project phases and milestones, including periodic progress updates and risk assessments.

• Build an Efficient Logistic Solution: Collaborate with IS/IT teams to consolidate system requirements and ensure readiness as per project milestones.

  • Closing Gaps and Reviewing Progress: Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain flows and compliance with India regulations.
