Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to oversee the operational functions of Imports and Exports departments. As a key member of our team, you will ensure timely and accurate processes.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating workflows, managing resources, and supervising shift managers to meet quality, timeline, and communication expectations.

You will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulations, resolving escalations, and delivering feedback and training sessions to build an operational mindset in the team.

In addition, you will identify areas of inefficiency, propose improvements, and ensure seamless collaboration with service providers.

  • Accurate processing of imports and exports
  • Effective management of resources
  • High-quality customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures and financials
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce, International Trade, Logistics preferred)
  • 5+ years of industry experience, preferably in freight forwarding
  • 2+ years of team management experience, including managing team leads or shift managers
