Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive our IT/ITeS sales efforts in the financial sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Lead Generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify target organizations and key decision-makers within different sectors.
    • Proactively generate independent leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Execution & Client Engagement:
    • Engage with potential clients to present company capabilities, articulate value propositions, and provide tailored solutions to their challenges.
    • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
