Sales Director for Financial Institution Clients

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our rapidly growing team at SB Infowaves Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT/ITeS sales, specifically targeting financial institutions in India.
This role requires an individual with strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify target organizations and key decision-makers within different sectors.
Proactively generate independent leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Sales Execution & Client Engagement:
Engage with potential clients to present our company's capabilities, articulate value propositions, and provide tailored solutions to their challenges.
Own and manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
Leverage internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to support business growth and client engagement strategies.
Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven Sales Expertise:
8-10 years of experience in IT/ITeS sales.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
Business Development & Negotiation Skills:
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Effective negotiation skills with experience in handling complex sales processes.
