About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our global recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring a team of technical recruiters in our APAC region. You will work closely with functional leaders and their respective Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers to manage the day-to-day activity of all recruiting activity in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activity of a team of 6 recruiters and staff between India and JAPAC while managing your own requisitions.
  • Update TA and Functional leaders, and their organizations, as appropriate, on a weekly basis relative to requisition progress and aggregated performance statistics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by driving continuous and consistent use of ATS Lever for all TA related candidate requisition activities.
  • Partner with the Employer Brand team to tell our Bangalore office story by helping to curate employee videos and testimonials, as well as maintaining a consistent presence on sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and the like.

Requirements

  • 5 years of recruiting management experience of a team of at least 5 recruiters.
  • Experience managing remote-based employees or recruiters in other locations required.
  • Experience in formal report generation and processing metrics via ATS systems Lever preferred.
  • At least 5 years of past experience as a line-level technical recruiter.
  • Broad experience managing up to or exceeding 100 technical requisitions product development, information security, software quality assurance, etc., for a recruiting team and delegating work to team members as appropriate.
