Job Title: HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
  • Assist with general office administration and upkeep.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is important.

We offer valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals. This internship offers a 6-month duration, leading to direct placement as an HR Executive. We prefer candidates who stay within Bangalore while we have great Metro Connectivity of 3 stations within 2 Kms. The selected candidate will be awarded a stipend of ₹5000 -₹10000 Per Month for the First Six Months and Thereafter we will absorb you as an Employee.
