Job Opportunity

This is an entry-level role that allows you to contribute to the Human Resources team's success by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, updating databases, and performing various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with precision and efficiency.
  • Organize and manage physical and digital HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files in a systematic manner.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Support compliance and audit preparation activities effectively.
  • Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization in a timely manner.
Key Skills Required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for productivity.
Essential Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred but not necessary.
