HR Operations Coordinator Position

The ideal candidate will facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

They will coordinate with relevant departments to complete necessary paperwork, background checks, and documentation. Additionally, they will conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and benefits.

Furthermore, they will assist in setting up new employee workstations, systems, and access to company resources.

Key Responsibilities:Attendance Management
  • Manage attendance tracking system, ensuring accurate recording of employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
  • Monitor and address attendance-related issues and discrepancies, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement attendance policies and procedures.
Requirements:Core Skills

The ideal candidate should have proven work experience in HR operations, onboarding, attendance management, payroll management, and employee query resolution.

They must have sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations, as well as familiarity with HR management systems or HRIS software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management is also required, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
