Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the execution of benefits programs, policies, and practices for our US segment. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence in benefits administration, collaborate with vendors to meet technical requirements, and provide accurate data to support audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer benefits programs and policies efficiently.
  • Monitor benefits activities and suggest improvements to enhance employee experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure services meet organizational needs.
  • Assist in resolving issues with vendors and help improve processes and optimize benefits delivery.
  • Provide accurate data for audits and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain records of benefits-related activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Experience in roles related to benefits delivery.
  • Basic understanding of global leaders' needs and challenges.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of total rewards, benefits delivery, and HR processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to influence others and build a strong business case.
