We are seeking an exceptional Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance team and drive the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality management strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Leadership: Lead the quality assurance team to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive quality management strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Quality Standards & Compliance: Establish, maintain, and monitor quality standards specific to high fashion products, including fabrics, trims, and finishing details.
  • Technical Oversight & Inspection: Oversee technical inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Product Development Support: Work closely with design and development teams to review technical specifications and prototypes.
  • Team Management & Training: Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance staff, inspectors, and technicians.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Identify potential quality risks in production processes and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Technological & Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging technologies, fabrics, and industry standards relevant to high fashion manufacturing.
  • Customer & Internal Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, designers, and internal teams to address quality concerns and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
