Job Description:

The role of Cash and Payments Administrator is a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of transactions. This includes duties such as transaction processing, record maintenance, reconciliation, and liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve any operational incidents.

As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with our overseas branch to process and execute transactions according to accuracy and quality standards. You will also be responsible for learning system functions and adhering to controls, as well as providing suggestions to improve operational processes.

Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within our organization. You will support and resolve customer enquiries, provide excellent customer service, and work in partnership with Compliance to understand relevant operational guidelines and local regulations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster good teamwork, perform checking processes on operational issues escalated by less experienced team members, and support the Head of Department in determining the level of support on new product offerings. You will also contribute to achieving the department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Branch Management.
