About the Position

Seeking a track design specialist to develop horizontal and vertical rail alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality design deliverables for rail infrastructure projects.
  • Design tracks and optimize their performance for safe and efficient passenger and freight transportation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of rail infrastructure development are integrated effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to resolve complex issues related to rail track alignment.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in rail track design and construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in relevant track design roles.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work within a diverse team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate team members to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PE or P.Eng.
